Privacy Policy — Cementix HR

This Privacy Policy explains how Cementix ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Cementix HR mobile application (the "App"). Cementix HR is an internal human-resources application provided to Cementix employees for attendance, leave, payroll, requests, and related workplace services.

1. Information We Collect

Account & employee data: your name, employee ID, branch/department, work calendar, attendance records, leave balances, payroll-related requests, and other HR data associated with your employment.
Location data: when you check in or check out for attendance, the App accesses your device location to verify that you are at an authorized work site (geofencing). Location is used only at the moment of a check-in/out action.
Camera & photos: if you choose to add a profile photo or attach images to a request, the App accesses your camera and/or photo library for that purpose.
Documents: files you choose to attach to requests (e.g. expense or leave documents).
Device & technical data: device model, operating-system version, and a push-notification token used to deliver notifications.
Crash & diagnostic data: via Firebase Crashlytics, to detect and fix app crashes and errors.

2. Biometric Authentication

The App offers optional Face ID / fingerprint login for convenience. Biometric data is handled entirely by your device's secure hardware. We never collect, receive, transmit, or store your biometric data — the device only returns a success/failure result to the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide HR services: attendance, leave, payroll, requests, and announcements.
To verify on-site attendance through location at check-in/out.
To send you relevant notifications (e.g. request status, reminders).
To maintain security and verify your identity and device.
To diagnose crashes and improve reliability.

4. How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising. Data is processed by:

Your employer (Cementix) and its HR/ERP system, which is the controller of your employment data.
Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging for notifications and Crashlytics for crash reporting) — see Google's Firebase Privacy.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention

Employment and HR records are retained for as long as your employment relationship requires and in accordance with applicable legal and company record-keeping obligations.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and secure on-device storage for credentials and session tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Children's Privacy

Cementix HR is an employee-only workplace application intended for adults (18+). It is not directed to, or intended for use by, children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law and your employment relationship, by contacting us using the details below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.

سياسة الخصوصية — Cementix HR

توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية قيام شركة Cementix ("نحن") بجمع المعلومات واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك لتطبيق Cementix HR ("التطبيق"). تطبيق Cementix HR هو تطبيق موارد بشرية داخلي مُقدَّم لموظفي شركة Cementix لإدارة الحضور والإجازات والرواتب والطلبات والخدمات المرتبطة بمكان العمل.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب والموظف: اسمك، والرقم الوظيفي، والفرع/القسم، وتقويم العمل، وسجلات الحضور، وأرصدة الإجازات، والطلبات المتعلقة بالرواتب، وغيرها من بيانات الموارد البشرية المرتبطة بعملك.
بيانات الموقع: عند تسجيل الدخول أو الخروج للحضور، يصل التطبيق إلى موقع جهازك للتحقق من تواجدك في موقع عمل معتمد (التتبّع الجغرافي). ويُستخدم الموقع فقط في لحظة تنفيذ عملية تسجيل الدخول/الخروج.
الكاميرا والصور: إذا اخترت إضافة صورة شخصية أو إرفاق صور بطلب، يصل التطبيق إلى الكاميرا و/أو مكتبة الصور لهذا الغرض.
المستندات: الملفات التي تختار إرفاقها بالطلبات (مثل مستندات المصروفات أو الإجازات).
بيانات الجهاز والبيانات التقنية: طراز الجهاز، وإصدار نظام التشغيل، ورمز الإشعارات المستخدم لإرسال الإشعارات.
بيانات الأعطال والتشخيص: عبر Firebase Crashlytics، لاكتشاف أعطال التطبيق وإصلاحها.

2. المصادقة البيومترية (بصمة الإصبع / التعرّف على الوجه)

يوفّر التطبيق تسجيل دخول اختياري عبر التعرّف على الوجه أو بصمة الإصبع لتسهيل الاستخدام. وتتم معالجة البيانات البيومترية بالكامل بواسطة العتاد الآمن في جهازك. نحن لا نقوم مطلقًا بجمع بياناتك البيومترية أو استقبالها أو نقلها أو تخزينها — إذ يكتفي الجهاز بإرجاع نتيجة نجاح أو فشل فقط إلى التطبيق.

3. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

لتقديم خدمات الموارد البشرية: الحضور، والإجازات، والرواتب، والطلبات، والإعلانات.
للتحقق من الحضور في الموقع عبر تحديد الموقع عند تسجيل الدخول/الخروج.
لإرسال الإشعارات ذات الصلة (مثل حالة الطلب والتذكيرات).
للحفاظ على الأمان والتحقق من هويتك وجهازك.
لتشخيص الأعطال وتحسين موثوقية التطبيق.

4. كيف تتم مشاركة معلوماتك

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نستخدمها لأغراض الإعلانات. وتتم معالجة البيانات بواسطة:

صاحب العمل (Cementix) ونظام الموارد البشرية / تخطيط موارد المؤسسة الخاص به، وهو المتحكّم في بيانات التوظيف الخاصة بك.
Google Firebase (المراسلة السحابية للإشعارات وCrashlytics للإبلاغ عن الأعطال) — راجع سياسة خصوصية Firebase من Google.

وقد نُفصح عن المعلومات عند الاقتضاء بموجب القانون أو لحماية حقوقنا القانونية.

5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات التوظيف والموارد البشرية طوال المدة التي تتطلبها علاقة عملك، ووفقًا للالتزامات القانونية والتنظيمية المعمول بها لحفظ السجلات.

6. أمان البيانات

نستخدم تدابير قياسية في المجال لحماية بياناتك، بما في ذلك النقل المُشفَّر (HTTPS) والتخزين الآمن على الجهاز لبيانات الاعتماد ورموز الجلسة. ولا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%، لكننا نعمل جاهدين على حماية معلوماتك.

7. خصوصية الأطفال

تطبيق Cementix HR مخصّص لموظفي الشركة فقط وموجّه للبالغين (18 عامًا فأكثر). وهو غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا ولا يُقصد استخدامه من قِبلهم، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات من الأطفال.

8. حقوقك

يحق لك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها وعلاقة عملك، وذلك عبر التواصل معنا باستخدام التفاصيل أدناه.

9. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. ويعكس تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه أحدث مراجعة.
